The Cave Run Storytelling Festival is an annual event held at the Twin Knobs Recreation Area on Cave Run Lake, near Morehead, Kentucky. The festival celebrated its 25th anniversary in September 2025.
Traditionally takes place on the last Friday and Saturday of September. The festival serves as a major cultural exchange for the Appalachian region, often drawing over 3,000 students from local school systems.
